What if I entered the wrong User ID or Server?

GPDS Game Shop does not provide refunds for incorrect User ID, Server ID, or region details supplied by the customer. This is because our suppliers process the top-up to whatever account the customer's UID points to, and once delivered, the credits cannot be reversed. Always double-check your UID and server before paying. If you realize the mistake immediately and the order has not yet been processed, contact support quickly — we may be able to cancel the order before fulfillment, but this is not guaranteed.

What is GPDS Game Shop's refund policy?

Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered, redeemed, or accessed. This is because in-game currency, vouchers, and digital codes are immediately consumable and cannot be returned. Refunds are only available when delivery fails through no fault of the customer, such as a verified supplier error or system outage. Why was my payment declined?
